Key Verse to consider: Verses 37-38 – “Jesus replied, ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.’ This is the first and greatest commandment.”
Question to ponder: Jesus teaches in verse 21 to give to Caesar what is Caesar’s and to give to God what is God’s – how do you feel you are living out this teaching? Last Tuesday was tax day in America – does this teaching from Jesus speak to the modern Christian living in the USA? If so, how?
Action to pursue: The 2nd most important commandment according to Jesus is to love your neighbor as yourself – do just that today in a tangible way.Matthew 22
